I woke up with tears in my eyes
It is my angel's birthday
but I am so far
far in distence
but close to her heart.

Today
all day
the song of FARAYDUN was in my ears
"oh beautiful girl, aha khoshkele khonam"
it reminded me of those nights
when sleep was the last thing
in our minds.

what gift should I present you?
Nothing can match your beauty.
but I am presenting you my hand of friendship,
Which will stay until eternity.

Today
On your birthday
I am asking you for those nights
When just FARAYDUN's song was between us.
Today
On your birthday
I am asking you
Let the past be our present.
