Daylight fades

by DarkCrystalbtrfy   Jul 31, 2008

Daylight fades and shadows fall
Dark as the night can crawl
Then I hear my memories voice call
Teardrops from in my empty eyes
The clock ticks on time passes by
Past lingers on, futures nowhere
The moons light slowly wanes
And the shadows upon the frozen
Ground creeps up on me without a sound
A howling night life's diary scrolls
A withered rose upon the ground it falls but dose it matter?
No not at all
Hollowed memories inside my head
Awakened by each pages shred
I read the lines as terror surrounds me
With a shovels strike the fate I choose
where once sweet dreams are no longer carried
Killed by the darkest of nightmares
My wrists held out with emptied veins
The drink of sorrow the drink of pain
And now I watch the bloody sky
Black doves lullaby as they fly
Winters leaves wave a cold goodbye
To a busted soul beyond repair
The coffins sealed and buried in a
Deserted graveyard
