Errors of a fragile mind
Make these windows barred
And yet no one else can see
How badly my brain is scarred

Tainted realities
Form inside my head
Is it really my fault
That I wish I was dead?

Or is it the abuse
That my soul has sustained
It seems so impossible
To keep these nightmares restrained

Society made me this way
Sanity is what I left behind
