Feelings (Cinquain)

Sadness
overwhelming
tearing apart your soul
shattering all you know to be
sorrow

(Cinquain is a short, usually unrhymed poem consisting of twenty-two syllables distributed
as 2, 4, 6, 8, 2, in five lines. It was developed by the Imagist poet, Adelaide Crapsey.

    This style is new to me , kinda like mathamatical poetry I guess considering the syllable count and all But it seems that no matter how we rearange sadness its strength is none the less depleted.
    Very good write though, Its meaning was well expressed especially for such a short verse....5/5...Jim
