On my Skin

Teardrops on my skin today,
Since you're gone and you're so far away
I have no where to run and no where to hide
I just gotta push my feelings aside

The words of others are ice down my spine
They cut me down like a wilting vine,
Little by little dying and not a chance to live
To forget but never to forgive

Everywhere and everything is dark
Deep shadows on my face lie where the pain marks
I can't see anyone
And they can't see me
I can't even see my face
My smile without you is out of place

Waiting by the phone
Waiting for your call
To hear your voice again
To save me from it all

I cry every night in my slumber,
I know are days are reaching its number
Scared to close my eyes
And never see the day,
Then you'll never hear what I've always wanted to say

It's unbearable to live anymore
Every room there's a closed door
With you, there was always a key
I never had the fear to be happy and free

Lost and drenched in my rain
I've truly think I've gone insane
If I never hear from you I can't explain...
If you died,
I'd kill myself with my pain
