Infected with Impatience.

by Courageous Dreamer   Dec 26, 2008

`Just a short poem explaining my struggle with impatience in which has turned into something so bad like a disease in which I can find no cure for.`

The disease of impatience has affected me entirely,
consuming every speck of tolerance I hold within until I'm
utterly immersed in my own hysteria; emotions flare
as I struggle with all my might to come out victorious
and fight off of this disease that I've become infected with.

Inject me with sanity and optimism to battle this imperfection.
Fill me with patience so that I have the power to overcome
this obstacle; give me a cure so that the sadness gets washed
away, let me recover from this with time, and accomplish my
goal, which is to expand my patience and maintain stability.

Well-expressed emotions on how you have little patience, you take this a step beyond and write a masterpiece...Great work, a nice and well-flowing read. 5/5 from me...
