Three's company but i'm not fan of proverbs

by Espoirfailed   Jan 17, 2009

There was something in the courage of my convictions that I was objectively told to find. And although I knew I didn't have it, I'll admit that at the time it made me laugh. Because they really didn't have any business to judge the two of us.
I can't help that they saw us in your car.
Deep down I know it was the right thing to do, but "I'm sorry, I'm f**king somebody else," doesn;t quite roll of the tongue the way I thought it ought.
Karma always gets you back and the photos of you two kissing, that was f**king enough for me.
You can tell me she's single these days as subtly as you like, but I'm not going to miss a detail like that. Or the quote you wrote for her.
Well, I think she thinks she knows you and that's a humourless joke.
I knew something was up the second she let us sleep in her bed and told you she felt more love between you and I than with her own perfect guy.
I've always known you loved her more, even if you didn't. I could tell you weren't sure what I was getting at that time I tried to tease it out of you.
It's my luck to get that one right and I'm counting down the minutes now.
But you can tell her through me, I won't let you go without a fight.
