Pay it forward

by kevin Boundy AKA the ghost   Jan 23, 2009

Cold hearted and soulless
But you play a good fake
Until I met you I thought
My heart could never break

Walking with that smile
Wrecking lives without a care
You heard girls call me the devils son
So I guess we make the perfect pair

It was good
The sex and the drugs
Not caring what we did
Living the life of thugs

Then I did something
You could call a mistake
I told you I loved you
And my soul you decide to take

Along with my cash
Enough to create a new life
I knew you were dead from the moment
That I decided to pick up the knife

I couldn't believe I let you play me
But I'm about to right my wrong
You thought you got away
But not for long

I had you in my cross hairs
And I didn't take the shot
Because it isn't worth it
A hate killer is what i am not

But just because I can't kill you
Doesn't mean my friends feel the same way
Pay it forward is what they told me
Your waking up to your dying day
