Stop talking to me
Yelling...to start screaming.
Too many people
In this one body.
One says go
The other says no
Three say jump
No one says don't

I'm so confused
Because my brains all jumbled up
I try to cut
But they won't stop
With the noise
And opinions
I'm just one girl
This psychosis needs to end.

I can't keep fighting myself
While they fight back.
I'm trying to stay stable
They just want me to relapse.
I don't know how much more I need to scream.
As my blood seeps red
I want to be human again
