Eyes Never Dry

by Jad   May 19, 2009

Eyes are the doorway
And I have to say
That the beauty they behold
Is amazing and untold

The eyes that cry
The eyes that try
We saw others in pain
And the tears came

We saw people who try
Never asking why
And our eyes marvel
Like looking at carved marble

When death comes
And we start to hum
As our eyes again cry
As another person dies

They never run dry
And I wonder why
But its always been
A constant trend

Will they ever run dry
Even if I die
Will the sight vanish
And forever be banished

But for now I cry
And atlas sigh
As I go
Comprehending what I told
