Lost Soul

by Fireflower   Jun 15, 2004

Oh hearth above thy flame,
Tell me oh, who is to blame?
Dagger and rust, let me die!
Ye oh thou shall never cry.
Soar on thy wings, on which I am flying,
Oh the pain, the bliss of dying!

Whilst thou not take away thy strife?
Deprive of me, thy precious life!
Angels soar, above thine fear,
Keep me now, another year!
Blinded by, thy earthly eyes,
Deprive me now, oh thy lies!

Where shall I find thy peace?
Shall thy pain never cease?
Only in death, shall I stay,
Oh glorious death, take me away!
Shall I see heaven! Before my eyes?
Where oh death, does it finally lie?
