Wither

by Beautiful Forever   Nov 4, 2009

Life...

A flower bursts into bloom,
Petals are brilliant in color,
Just above a lonely tomb,
One precious soul to adore,

Aging...

The flower tilts to the sun,
Wishing it would stay,
With night, the day is done,
Another petal falls away,

Death...

One petal left on the flower,
The stem is starting to bend,
It will enjoy one last shower,
Under a gray sky - the end...
