Night(Tri-Fall)

by Jad   Jul 31, 2010

Darkness drapes us again
-Fallen down-
As the sun fades into the night
All traces of light rend
-No more sound-
As the stars come and shine their light

The moon shines like a pearl
-So calm now-
Radiating light now once more
Into this world were hurled
-In this shroud-
From the sun that the darkness tore

Hope lingers as time goes
-Unaware-
Now as darkness shroud fades slowly
The night seemingly froze
-Not a care-
As the glimpse of light streaks wholly

I don't know why I liked this so much, probably because tonight was one of the times I actually really was able to absorb the beauty of night on my way home and sitting outside tonight looking at the stars.. your words painted the image of the night sky in my mind very well...A nice job.
