Death of Sanity.

by Courageous Dreamer   Dec 9, 2010

Thoughts tangled like
vines coil `round sanity -
untamed they smother life
as unwelcoming confusion
is unleashed rattling with anger,
severing all lines of survival.

The wonderful imagery of this small poem is quite amazing. I love how you have compared sanity being lost to when a vine totally entangles everything around it smothering the life of it. Also the flow, though this was short, was really good and the words just link from line to line very nicely. All together the whole poem is unique and creative. Great job and keep writing.
