How I See You.

Caring through smiles,
Learning from reading,
I wait for your shadow
For I know my love
Will offer an embrace,
Even in the coldest rain.

I see your heart as depth
Showing the world is more
Than glimpses of stars
And scattered hopes.

Over time, I wish to see you
To have you tell me
Not what I imagine
But the truth of who you are,
Not how others see you.

For now, I am here
And from this moment
Where I have met you,
I will climb
To the edge of the world,
