Why did you have to ruin what we had,
why did you have to push me away,
i only wanted to make you smile,
do anything i could for you,
and you just left me in the dust,
why did you?

Didn't you love me,
didn't you want to marry me,
we had our kids names picked out,
where did everything go wrong,
why did you have to change,
why did you do this to me.

I thought i knew you,
i thought i was with my soul mate,
my true other half,
but you had to change,
you pushed me away so far,
i said goodbye,
why did you do this to me,
when we had our future planned.

You disappeared,
the person i fell for vanished,
and here you are now,
this person,
i have no idea who you are,
your cruel,
you don't care,
you pretend like you do,
but I've always seen through fake people.

I need to move on,
and i am slowly,
but things remind me of you,
the car you now have,
the phone you use,
the places you go,
and it drives me insane,
i hate you being in my mind,
it makes me wanna cry.

i guess not.

One day,

Maybe if you truly changed,
