My promise, My vow

It didn't take long for you to capture my heart,
It all happened at the very start.

The love that I have for you is stronger than the sun,
I fell for you faster than a bullet fired from a gun.

I promise you forever, until the end,
You're my soon to be wife, my lover, and my best friend.

I am your Adam and you are my Eve,
I am here to stay, and I promise to never leave.

No matter the problems or arguments of who's right,
I'm with you and together we'll make things work, I'm here to continue the fight.

This is my promise, this is my vow to you,
No matter what, forever and always will I cherish and love you.

I love you, my dear Eve. :)
