One Day.

by Poet on the Piano   Aug 27, 2011

One day I won't count the hours
until the next morning
when I am engulfed by
thought's energy.
I'll just stretch my broken arms
and tie them to intermittent midsummer moon...
{that holds an invisible rope
for me to swing ahead,
delving into a breathless dive.}

There will soon be no need
to count time....
for I'll know without words
or numbers of human frailty.

And this is where I'll walk with love,
sharing liquid emotions in unexpected
integrity.
