The night is young and I am thinking

The moon just arrived,
and I feel deprived of comfort.

like a stranger,
although I am laying
in my own bed.

perhaps I'm just
experiencing pro-eighteen
nostalgia,
(does that even exist?)

whatever,I'm sleepless..

today I looked seven-teen
over the shoulders..
and I caught a glimpse
of her.

It pity me to see,
that she lays in a corner
and her features look
more like a withered garden
than anything else...

I can see how her eyes are
puffy,as if they were infected..
or maybe she just had
an allergic infection...

(does she know she has
only twelve days left?)

I better go tell her...

because it seems
as if she is unaware
of the situation..

she seems unhappy
and insecure,
as if she had done
something wrong..

when contrary wise
she has been no less
than an outcast.

a good one..

I feel like whispering to her..

"Chin up,beautiful"

somehow,
I must fight to
make her love herself..

she must know
that,that piece of paper
with her name on it..
looks way prettier
than the
boyfriend they
all claim she should have
already..

I must convince her,
that although all her friends
will have it..

she doesn't need
a ten-year-old
by the time she
is twenty-seven

For shoes,
are by far
a better accessory.

    I really LOVE this Yaki.

    Like OMG I'm so in Love, I found this finally, you make me wanna' say, O-O-O-o_o-o-o-o-o-o-o--o-oOMG! :)

    Yaki, this is not better than 'A poem for mama' but it's awesome!

    Have you ever thought about writing novels? Well, you can do a great job, even write something similar to Twilight novels , and make movies, win million bucks $$ :)

    (please call me if you want to make a movie after writing something. k? I want to act!)

    Anyway,
    though I was hurt by the ending (Are men really shoes? :p) I was taken by every sentence you've written.

    Great maturity in your writing breath and awesomeness flows all over your images.

    It's like a small story with a theme. And I ADORE poems that deliver a certain message!!

    But I read it twice, and can I ask you:

    - Who is that girl crying? (is it you when you're young?)

    - Why does she have 10 days to live?

    ^ please pm me these answers, I'd really like to know.

    Other than that, AMAZING!

    What can I say ! what's going on with you ? whatever it is, it's very positive, your work is only getting better and better and even better and as much as I loved your short poems I enjoy every single letter of your long ones, this was such a story, with such an impact and amazing concept..
