Ticking Time Bomb

Shes a ticking time bomb,
holding everything in,
never speaking her opinion,
taking hit after hit,
not shedding a single tear,
shes like a human statue.

Its only a matter of time,
till she finally explodes,
till she takes that blade,
slits her wrists,
and forever leaves this place,
into the darkness of the underworld.

Shes lonely,
listens to everybody talk about her,
acting like they know her so well,
when deep down inside,
shes scared, terrified of life,
gets hit every single day,
bruises cover her body.

Shes a ticking time bomb,
bottling it all up,
holding back every single tear,
fighting to stay alive,
to show everybody this doesn't bother her,
when deep down inside,
death is the only way out for her agonizing pain.
