Spark

by Dark Secrets   Dec 6, 2011

His sturdy hands work through
the stiffness of his art
Feeling every side and bump in the corners
of his work...

he glides...

As his fingers shoot sparks of wonder
and his tools yield to his will
and tremble beneath aggressive lines
of experience...

The eyes of the sun peak through,
as they survey his masterpiece in pride.

This is such a lovely tribute to anyone that crafts a magnificent work of art. Lovely images unfolds as one reads along, smooth flow and beautiful words. Very crisp descriptions. This poem is Mar-Ve-LOUS!!!. Mashallah girl. Blessings...

The glory, the pride and the greatness of art is combined in this small piece. I like how you brightened the aura of the artist, and it felt like art became a mortal soul, maybe a god... the description of the 'eyes' can make me ponder. Way to go Zahra, this is sparkling ;)
