I hate how everyone thinks I'm so strong

my best part

"I'm sick of being told its gonna be okay
because I know it won't.
I don't wanna hear someone say please stay
because you know I don't
want to stay living this way."
I know how you feel.. Everyone's saying it's gonna be alright when they see your world's tearing apart.

"I'm constantly left here in the cold.
Nobody even coming close to me,
nobody for my arms to hold.
But right now I gotta blow off some steam,
just so I can put on that look, so bold."
Showed you're trying to be strong, but only on the outside..

"Right now, I'm breaking down.
I don't know what to do anymore!
Everyday I swear I try not to frown,
but its true when I say I'm dead to the core!
But I still walk the streets of this abandoned town."
After reading the previous stanza, I honestly thought that this poem's gonna end with a bit hope, but it turns sadder and more hopeless.

"Left all alone for way to long,
not knowing where to go.
I hate how everyone thinks I'm so strong
because I know I'm not, no.
So tonight, I'll play my final sad, lonely song."
'Way to long' to should be 'too'
The ending's great, but in my opinion, not as strong as the previous stanzas.. Still love it though. It can be interpreted in different ways. Maybe you're gonna leave and live in a time/place far better than where you are now, or worse, you're gonna end it all..

Really sad piece. Deserves a 5/5 :)
