Halloween

by Mortal Utopia   Apr 7, 2012

In the dusty yards of the loved ones' graves,
So many, in departure, smiled, cried, and waved
But soon, on the day of Halloween,
The peaceful dead can be seen,

In the merry yards of the loved ones' grace
This Halloween, may we meet?
Once again, one more time, in time and space,
Is this day, a trick, or a treat?

Will you visit? At least in our dreams,
O! We can visit those flowing streams!
Those rivers rushing with memories!
Those valleys haunted with ghostly glee!
