One Last Spark

by Jump from Life   Jun 29, 2012

All of my sins,
are closing in.
Everywhere I turn
reminiscents of memories burn.
No matter what I do,
I can't see through
the thick walls of smoke
giving me hard pokes
with their sharp blades.
Even as the light fades
knowing there's little left to do
there's still one small clue
left behind in the dark.
There's still one tiny spark.
