My Name (Acrostic)

by Maple Tree   Aug 29, 2012

Another leaf fell upon a Spring dawn,
Nesting silently, she rests and smiles.
Daydreamers are born in the seventies,
Radiating sunlight within dewdrops.
Endlessly searching for the lost fairy,
And her place upon this violent world.

Passionately engulfed in a sea of daisy's,
I was born within a time of peace.
Kicking and screaming I still believe in
Everyone, and everything I love....

My Name is Andrea Pike~

As a i read, i kept seeing you there reading it outloud, feeling proud of yourself and what you have gone through in this life. This is a nice piece with the perfect words to describe yourself.

The wording, the flaw, the whole atmposphere speaks for itslef, it speaks of Andrea Pike. So calm, soothing. incredible, and one of a kind.. Just like the woman you are..

It was an honor to get to know someone with a beautiful spirit like you.

    I love this!!!

I love how you included, the seventies and how you entered the world kicking and screaming...it gives the poem that personal connection.

I love how smooth this acrostic is, How the words just worked together, and it told a story, a beautiful one.

It shows you, and I love that...You are a lovely woman.
