A greedy smile

by Alanis   Sep 26, 2012

Let this world be a warning to
your eternal resting. May your
dreams be inspired by the curing
of nature. I watch as evil walks
beside you like an old friend whispering
words of contentment. My eyes bleed
with eternal sobbing. Why do we give
into the foolish and the weak? Why do
we trust the untrustworthy and take
advise from the unwise? I watch as
angels surround the humble and as
demons dance around the proud
with childish giggles of triumph.
Why do we play with demons and
beg for help when they bite back?
We jump at a thunder clap but
smile at the dead. Choose your
fate wisely before Satan greets
you with a greedy smile.

Woah. Enough said. That was one of the best lines.

Kid, you out do yourself every time! 5/5

    Some small typos/spelling errors:
Choose you fate, "you" needs to be "your"
    "Satin" needs to be "Satan"
