You'll never walk alone

by The Poet Behind The Poems   Oct 15, 2012

Listen to the sound of the trees
hear them whisper to the mountains
And beyond,
when there's no doors to open
no road to follow,
listen to the sound of the wind

for I will guide your way.

I like the sense of freedom, this poem is very in touch with nature. I like the sentiment behind it, of never being alone. I was feeling down and this cheered me up a bit :)

This is a comforting poem to read. It lets the reader know that there is no certain path that is needed to follow in life, they have to make their own... and that you will always be by their side no matter what.

Wow, this is very upbeat and comforting. It offers hope to those who feel alone and reminds them that they are never truly alone.

Thank you for writing such hopeful words.

This reminded me of Pocahontas, the Disney movie where she uses wind a lot to guide her lol. Loved this poem, however, i would change the punctuation a bit. Or maybe I just read it differently or my own way of writing with punctuation is getting in my way of reading it lol

Regardless I loved this. Love what you're saying. Sometimes we have to be still and just listen.

This is a very inspirational and uplifting poem. I also think that it has a very soft tone to it and the whole atmosphere seems breezy (if that makes any sense :P, will explain though). I mean that the poem feels easy and not forced. It gives the reader the possability to pause and actually inhale your words rather than just let them pass me by. You should write short poems more-often.

Sorry for not getting to comment as regularely as I used to. =/
