Words with lips sealed whose feelings can't be shared
Acts of their kindness is all that's there
These actions can't be controlled, bursts of emotion
Hurricane love full of destruction

A powerful act with an amazing disguise
Causes deceit in a blink of an eye
Love is the word that follows these rules
At times so beautiful and at times so cruel

Why must you make me feel the way I do
Brainwashed and lost over feelings for you
Decisions that I make aren't of a conscious mind
Struggling with direction, visions start to blind

As time starts to pass, these visions begin to clear
Love once amusing, now becomes so sincere
The dreams I once believed in starting to come true
Ever since the day I said the words, "I love you"

    Amazing!! What lured me to it was the title!! I can relate to it all except for the last paragraph!!
    But it felt good to read in the moment that I'm in!!

    favorite part of the poem. very powerful, very vivid, and profoundly relatable. the whole poem read to me as if it were almost meant to be a song. definitely a good right. its a shame there isn't a title but it is the authors choice to not have one.
