Tomorrow

Over your house, I flew
in the cold, December night
and thought about all the good things
you have brought to light
thank you for the lessons, friend
helping me to put my pride upon the shelf
the teacher you proved to be
one, I picked myself
dream about tomorrow
of all your wishes, big and small
when you truly dare to choose
you will have it all
I wish you a year, filled with joy
in a body that makes you feel free
a perfect expression of your inner most Self
slim and healthy, as it's meant to be

I want to dedicate this poem to the person who saved me. You know who you are;)

Morgen

Langs jouw huis vloog ik
in de koude decembernacht
en dacht aan al het goede
dat je hebt gebracht
dank voor de lessen, vriend
die ik van je leren mocht
de leraar die je mocht zijn
en ik zelf had uitgezocht
droom maar van morgen
van al je wensen, groot en klein
Aas je waarlijk durft te kiezen
zullen ze snel werkelijkheid zijn
ik wens je een jaar vol vreugde
in een lichaam dat als thuis voelt
een perfecte uiting van jouw diepste Zelf
slank en gezond, zoals het is bedoelt
