Insane

Everyday is the same
one word and ill go insane
anger always gets to me
I struggle to hold it in
I wonder how long it will be before it destroys me
I dont want to let it win though
I want to keep it in
so no one knows how angry I am
It makes me want to destroy, punch, kick, scream....to be free.
Is it the same..?
I think I'm insane
