Hands off

by jason garcia   Sep 8, 2013

Don't touch me again you do not have the right.
I'm allowed to have an opinion without us having a fight.
I disagree with words and turn and walk away.
without the slightest thought
you put your hands on me then say

" I am always right
do not go against me
or you'll feel me again so just try it and see"
" f#@$ you i say
you will not have me this way
For I am no more yours
and you've had your day"

As I walk for the door
I feel a pain in my side
and sounds of blood rushing
like the setting of the tide.
I cry out for help but no one can see,
and the woman who did this smiling down at me.

as I take my last breath
i pray for God to give me strength
for I know not where I'm going
because I've never had much faith.
well world this is it
I can say no more.
for my breath has run out,
and she's run out the door.....

Wow Jason. A very dark, deep write. At first i thought oh yeah disagreements we all have those but then bam that ending blew my mind. Loved it although sombre especially as these things really happen to.

Thank you for that. I've never wrote a poem before these 2 that I wrote and I feel it helps a bit.

So sad but written well your feelings are clear.
keep expressing your emotions and hopefully writing them out will help.
