Arachnephobia

Warning: This is a Terror Core poem. The contents of this poem is not meant for the weak of heart or mind.

I hear strange noise in my attic,
Got me walking the halls twitching like addict,
Time starts to freeze like magic.

The noise moves down into the wall,
Surrounding me slowly leaving me trapped in this hall,
Spiders come rushing out of ever corner and I'm too afraid to just fall.
Cautiously running to the bathroom not letting them fall on me,
Put a towel under the door cut the lights off so I can't see.

Broke down the door and everything was covered,
In my hair, on my arms and legs making me feel smothered.
Thousands of bites leave me sweating on the floor,
If I could only reach or crawl to the door.
Paralysis sets in and I'm immobilized,
Spiders crawling around inside my brain until I finally died.

I think most of the human population are afraid of spiders, just saying....

One thing is for sure, I completely love how you described how being covered in them made you feel. I, as the reader, could feel the sensation of them crawling all over me ( didn't like that feeling too well ) and it was completely awesome.

Try reading this aloud to yourself, see ths difference than when you read in your head. Good job.
