A man stands in the rain, And he stands alone, He got more than he came for, Hence this fire beneath his stolen soul, The rain brings heaven sends demons, With passing tell his story, And light the way with hopes to find, Faith, diminished glory, Would you do it all again? Heckled the rain as it fell and taunted, He shot back his memory to the key he once had, But lost, and now it haunted, Indeed he would do it all again, If the heavens would bless him the chance, This stolen would fly up through the clouds, Without a backwards glance, And now he stood some miles away, Wounded and torn apart, He long to go back, back to the beginning, And try to make a new start, Stricken he saw his weeping in vain, The key he had was not lost, But deep in this broken soul he found, A fire to rid of this frost...
