I like your piece ..This is a powerful and the depth is perfect. ..

Shot down like a ball of flames
My mighty wings singed in pain,
And as I spiral towards my demise
Only sute and black ashes remain.

(I visualised Death)

Amongst these red burning coals
Or I could yet rise up and fly away.

(then Ressurect)

I'm the legendary bird The Phoenix
And just like the Sun that's above,
I will cast my dark shadow on thee
Reappearing like a magician's dove.
( what a powerful Ending)
