The night I danced & spun giddily upon the beach
Music playing, waves crashing...
Nature's own rythm & song
Cool winds dance through my hair & shirt
Stars like fine sugar
Dusting the dusky evening sky
The rush & sigh of the sea to shore
Its spary caressing bare skin
Casting little droplets of reflective light across me
The gentle crunch of the sand underfoot
Echos of various water ways
Creating beautifully haunting melodies
Singing out loud words drifting into the darkness
Dancing with the waves
Salty air upon my lips
The distant chant of wind chimes
This place calls my soul to the core
Never do I feel so safe or free
Than I do in the glistening of the nighttime sea
