And if by chance,
you thought I was that breeze
that came to whisper in your ear
just know, it wasn’t me, my dear.

I was the sound that breeze produced
the one you loved and deeply felt
who made goosebumps in your skin
and your heart skip a beat

so if by chance, you look for me
just know I’m not that breeze

I am that sound that quickly disappeared.

    Like a plane flying supersonic - when you look for the sound, too late, the plane has flown by. I guess, if you don't appreciate what you have in the moment, it's too late. There ain't no repeat show here, my dear!

    Ooh, this made me a bit goosebumpy even though I can't claim to fully understand it. There's an ethereal quality to it that speaks of delicacy ... it whispers in and back out again. Wonderful! :-) x
