Dreaming soul

Erratic
Sporadic
Behaviors

Tearing into the seams
Of deep slumbers dreamed

Alive.
Dead.
Nothing.

Nothing but a dream
Of dreaming dreams

One where it can finally
Silence the screams

Unsure.
Unstable.
Unsteady.

Unsettling thoughts
Are at the ready

In this sea of a life
We call "plenty"

But in the end
Most just end up
Empty.

    A succinct, but powerful poem. I enjoyed it thoroughly, a couple corrections I'd suggest though:

    (misspelling)
    *unsettling thoughts
    (syllabication)
    *are at the ready
