Stuck

I try
to keep myself
busy,
so that I don't
think about
what's inside
me.
It doesn't work
most of
the time,
and I only
feel worse.
Time moves
slowly,
and I get bored.
But I find boredom
in the middle
of things that
should be exciting.
Maybe
I'll never
get relief.
What if
I'm stuck like this
forever?

    Sometimes it feels like this but life is like an ocean the waves rise and fall sometimes life moves slowly and other times fast but move it does. Hoping things get better soon for you. Best wishes Milly x
