No brakes

I hate how time exists
Everything changes
Either, you leave
or you get to be left
Moments are fleeting
No pause or stops
Sometimes we see
Sometimes we don’t
But an end always comes
One thing’s for sure
Endings are inevitable

A thought provoking piece indeed. It made me think about what would life be like for me if there was no such thing as time. I came to the conclusion that if time didnt exist the nor could change. Life then would become bland and uneventful. Without change there is no movement towards happiness or away from unhappiness. Without change there could only be eternal boredom. Infinite boredom would be the death of me. A great piece that took my thinking off on a tangent. Milly x

like a clocks hands moving from one moment to the next, time is always moving forward. History is growing ever larger in its wake, but perhaps there is another perspective? How much do we have ahead? How can we make the most of our seconds/ minutes and hours? We have our lives ahead and we can help to shape them. As for endings, they happen as quickly as beginnings, so embrace the idea of now and make our own history count.

    Take care.

It can be perplexing as well as frustrating beyond words to accept time for what it is, to accept the things we cannot change or wish we could pause for. Lots of wisdom and truth in this piece. Brevity makes you think.
