A chapter of love

by Michael   Aug 12, 2019

I remember what
you’d say will history
repeat itself again today
of how I’d touch you in
a certain way.

Where no boundaries
were laid upon your skin
No rules. No wall of Berlin,
your heart ran free and
not broken within.

Behind your back I
would talk, not spiteful,
words from lips, just
whispers that breathed
kisses, down to your hips,
and take you back through
those historic scripts.

Then upwards in motion,
along the dotted line
of your spine, with the tip
of my finger, I would sign

in words.

I love you
every, single
time.
