Her

by Matt Carroll   Oct 29, 2019

Her hair cascades like candlelight, tones mirroring the flame
Her eyes shine with an icy hue, a blue that puts the sky to shame
Her spirit free, unbridled, I'd even say impossible to tame
Her heart so pure and daunting that all men have failed to claim

Her smile, it's infectious, none could hope to (or dare) resist
Her strengths so plentiful that there's no way for you to list
Her presence captivating, you'd be a fool to turn away or twist
Her ability to draw you in so seamless, as simple as a flick of the wrist
