For Addiction #1

by Koan   Jan 9, 2020

Intro:
In this series of poems I will tell about my cocaine addiction and how it affected my life...
,
,
,
,
,

Impalpable White Whispers
With eyes like a never ending silver rain
Aping my wretched soul
For the demons you love,
I cannot escape...

And,
In the carless embrace of heavy silence
I feel the ghost of your breath,
The hunting taste of your smile,

Enchanting,

Enslaving...

Ever so gently
Engraving,

Your name upon the drunken eyes of my horizon
As my broken soul
flutters into the dusty distance
of forgotten dreams...

Where I pray
And pray
That
You wont

O D

And find your way
Home..
