My Voice:

by Scott Cole   Jan 16, 2020

May my voice
Not be strained,
Nor laced with tears
From my pain.

May it echo
Without grief,
And comfort you
Beyond belief.

May it be pleasing
Fill you with peace,
May you be blessed
From it's increase.

May it bear witness
To your sweet face,
And be a reminder
You're in a better place.

May it resonate
Refresh your soul,
And give you breath
That this world stole.

May all my prayers
Not be slurred,
May my voice
Be perfectly heard.

When I say I love you
May my voice ring,
As you and the Angels
Rejoice and sing.
