I'm Still Waiting

by Walter   Mar 14, 2020

It's been many weeks since you have gone
I realize I'm still holding on
My mind is set like just before
As I wait for you to come through the door

I didn't know the day you left
You would walk away with theft
Now you still have a part of me
That you don't want as you are free

You never asked but still you took
Much the same as a lowlife crook
You've moved on and no longer need
Except to satisfy your greed

But without this my body lacks
And I please ask you send it back
This isn't worth anything to you
Since you are why it tore in two

And why this you would even take?
As shown your love for me was fake
For this I shouldn't have to earn
But I'm still waiting for its return

I know you are all take not give
But I really need this to live
And I don't even know how to start
Until you give me back my heart

It reads very smooth Walter, crook and theft were a little forced for me though.
But to the context if it ia true, do not ask her to give your heart back; she has no control over it. You summon your heart back.

    Lovely!!
