The Werewolf - Nove Otto

by Everlasting   Jan 27, 2021

The witch in black has cast a spell
To bring to Earth the worst of Hell
And hence with love she laid a curse
Upon the beau who earned her heart
So never once they’ll be apart
But oh I write within this verse
Of how the man forgot of her
Of she, the witch, and who they were
For immortality per se.

Note: by the looks of it, per se is an eye rhyme of verse. However, not many agree with it. So, I should probably change that one last line to:

Some lovers in this universe

So it will rhyme with line 3 and line 6.

Keep it the way it is. It’s makes the reader search out what they didn’t know.

I love this! :) I see on line there is some discrepancy about the rhyme schemehttp://popularpoetryforms.blogspot.com/2013/10/nove-otto.html

Yeah, it’s just the order of the letters.
