Star Wars ( English Sonnet )

It seems today the force is calling me.
It ask that I should write a sonnet.
I see the words displayed in mind so free
as if I were some kind of prophet.
Or more like a Jedi knight soon to rise
to fight the Sith with lightsaber sword sharp.
It is my duty to be wise; no lies.
No evil thought shall perturb nor disturb
the inner peace I have found with the force
Now all I see is knowledge grand, so vast
my heart has no emotion to endorse
I’m finally one with the force at last
but then how did I write this poem?
If emotion is needed to be poets?

After someone read the poem I posted in Reddit about the “A Sonnet about Hockey”, I was asked to write about about Star Wars. This is what I came up with.
