Here I am again
Staring in your eyes
Trying to find the answer
To why I always cried

Trying to find my way
Out of this misery
Trying to figure out
Why u always hurt me

Loving you has killed me
Ripped my soul apart
Wandering around this lonely world
I pick pieces of my heart

Finding the words to write
Wondering why Im here
Longing u in my life

Wondering why I want you
Why I love you still
Wondering if we're meant to be
And if we ever will

Wondering why my heart aches
And if it will ever mend
Wondering why you left me
Why u had to pretend

Loving you has broken me
I dont know where to start
Wandering around this lonely world
I pick pieces of my heart

Im on the right track
Walking down this road
Im never looking back

Walking to a new life
Without me n' you
Walking away from what we had
And everything I knew

Walking to a different time
And to a brand new day
Walking through this depression
I know I'll be okay

Loving you has healed me
Ive found the missing parts
Wandering around this lonely world
Ive found the pieces of my heart

    Yo Dan, this is ok, not very original or suprsing, but solid stuff.

    Did you have aquestion or point of view when you wrote it?...or was it just an emotional stream?

      I try not to feel too much emotion when I write. Writing for me is about putting my thoughts together, I try to leave all my emotion out of it, and I always try to make it sound good. I will write a poem and re write and re write it until it sounds the way I want it to sound. I never write my stuff and leave it the way it came out.... If that makes any sense.
