Farthest Corner of My Heart

by HOLLY ARMER   Oct 5, 2004

I don't want to think about you,
I want you out of my life.
I wish I had never met you,
I wish I wasn't your wife!

I try to fight these thought's
that swarm around my head.
Thought's of you and every
single lie you ever said.

But no matter how hard I try and fight,
you're constantly there.
In my mind, in my thoughts,
it seems you're everywhere.

I just want to forget us
and all the hell you put me through.
But I can't, no matter how hard I try,
no matter what I do.

So I guess you'll forever be with me
even though we're apart.
I'll just have to shove you to
the farthest corner of my heart!

I have definitely been in this frame of mind before...Im glad you could write this kind of poem, your feelings flowing free...I hate the sadness, but somebody had to write it. Love, Timothy r
