I See the Lights

The festival of lights
Oh a marvelous sight
I wish to see more.

Walking further on
More beautiful than dawn
I need to see more.

I wake up in my bed
It was all in my head
I see them no more.

This was just a weird dream I had that I felt like writing down. No real point to it though.

    i love dreams, they are an awakening to the soul, you just have to interpret the tiny things you see and you will figure out what they mean...

    That was really good Lance. I liked the repitition of the last line, it definitely created a strong rhythm. This was pretty short, so I'm expecting some longer ones sometime. I liked the tercet thing, most people write in four lines, but three do the job just as well.
