Reality's Signature

by Cantchangeme   Oct 11, 2004

This is not over
This blood within my veins
The vultures of souls
They peck at the remains

Knuckles all left bleeding
Exhausted arms lie bruised
One more normal working day
Another million kids abused

The worlds heart
Balanced upon media's tongue
A man-made disease
Solely injected into everyone

A man with a gun
Trying to be clever
He shot his friend
The kind of image
That lasts forever

This is not over
Your soul still remains
Save yourself
Please save what remains

What is the point in living
What is the point in dreams
Anything you will ever do
Forever breaks at the seems

The worlds soul
Stuck inside media's throat
This media world
Is the signature suicide note

A man stands alone
He finally sees
His heart was ratings
His mind money
He never lived a life
This became his reality
